Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You will see the final shipping price before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Transit Time)
Once processed, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. While we strive to meet these estimates, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or high seasonal volumes.

Fulfillment Partners
To provide you with the best service and unique products, orders may be fulfilled through our trusted partners, including Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF), Printful, or Lulu Direct. Your package may arrive in branding from one of these partners depending on the items purchased.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24 hours.

Damages
SocialFreddy LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
